Just a short ride from the city, the Daylesford Macedon Region is throwing open its doors for Daylesford Macedon Produce Harvest Festival (2 –3 May). Get involved in the thriving local food culture and try your hand at all things gourmet from charcuterie, funghi foraging, butchering, curing, fermenting, cheese and bread making, to urban farming and edible gardening, and much more.

  1. Annual Regional Producers Day at the Lake House (April 26, Daylesford)
    Taste your way through much of the region’s best food and wine in the beautiful grounds and buildings of Lake House. Mixing and mingling with the producers, growers & winemakers behind award-winning labels.
  2. Boathouse ‘Beer vs Wine’ Dinner (April 26, Daylesford)
