In addition to Dan Barber from New York, we’re also thrilled to announce that Ruth Rogers (River Café, London), Matt Abergel (Yardbird, Rōnin & Sunday’s Grocery, Hong Kong) and Janice Wong (2am:Dessertbar, Singapore) are coming to town for the 2015 Festival.
Taste dishes from Ruth, Matt and Janice, among other superstar chefs, as they share insights acquired over decades of devotion to the art of cooking at Langham Melbourne MasterClass, 7 and 8 March 2015.

Ruth Rogers has a straightforward outlook on food: with the finest ingredients, even the simplest of dishes shine. It’s a philosophy that has brought acclaim to her River Café eatery in London.
Trained at hallowed New York restaurant Masa, Matt Abergel has gone on to open no less than three eateries in Hong Kong: Rōnin, Sunday’s Grocery and Yardbird, which was recently listed in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2014.
Recently named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef, Janice Wong marries a unique fusion of French technique and Singaporean flavour, resulting in desserts that are bold, unexpected and unmistakably hers.
