Who’s coming to town? The Gastronomy Guide line-up

We’ve gathered together the world’s biggest and brightest food and wine luminaries to bring you an unrivalled culinary experience at the Festival in 2011.

From domestic goddess Nigella Lawson to Korean-American Roy Choi (Kogi BBQ, Los Angeles), three Michelin-starred Elena Arzak (Arzak, San Sebastian) to quirky jellymongers Bompas & Parr (London), we’ve got a diverse range of presenters to satisfy all tastes.

Discover experimental Nordic cuisine with Thorsten Schmidt (Malling + Schmidt, Aarhus, Denmark), try Zak Pelaccio’s (Fatty Crab, New York) modern spin on South East Asian spices, or marvel in the mystique of Hisako Ogita’s (Tokyo) macarons.

Leading lights from closer to home join the line-up, including couture cake decorator Paris Cutler (Planet Cake), Bocuse-trained Philippe Mouchel, culinary icons Maggie Beer and Stephanie Alexander, plus TV’s bright stars Anna Gare and George Calombaris.

And there’s more. Click here for the full Gastronomy line-up.
