Win a table for two at Cuca Bali's Polperro takeover

Chef Kevin Cherkas of Bali restaurant Cuca will take over the kitchen at Polperro Bistro Red Hill for three days in October. 

Canadian-born Cherkas has trained in some of the world's best restaurants, including three Michelin-starred Arzak Restaurant and El Bulli in Spain; two Michelin-starred La Broche, also in Spain; and three-starred Daniel in New York City.

He'll be serving nine-courses of modern tapas inspired by the Mornington Peninsula (such as pickled mushroom fritters with roasted garlic and ricotta), matched with top Polperro Estate wines.
