LuxSmith – serving Seddon locals since 2015, LuxSmith dishes up a menu inspired by Vietnamese and Thai flavours – but with a twist. Bahn mi and congee are lunch time staples and sit alongside curries, sticky lamb ribs and Korean beef cheeks.



Elyros – a little piece of Crete dropped into Camberwell. Dishes are light, natural and celebrate good produce; essentially all the best elements of Cretan cuisine. And of course, you can expect plenty of bounty pulled straight from the sea. Octopus and whole fish appear at the table as nature intended while the wine list features some lesser known and smaller wineries.  



Wilson & MarketBritish-born, now Melbourne local, chef Paul Wilson has turned a spot in the Prahran Market into a slick, modern space to celebrate the best produce he can find. Fruit and veg from a small bio-dynamic farm on the Mornington Peninsula fills the menu of dishes that are equal parts classic and bold. Wilson’s on-site smoker adds depth to vegetables that are served beside sustainable seafood, pasture fed beef and lamb, and a rare breed of chicken sourced from Daylesford.



Trattoria Emiliathis little Trattoria is a casual diner that packs a punch. It’s currently one of Melbourne’s hottest eateries – probably because everything the kitchen turns out is delicious. The menu is a celebration of Emilia Romagna, a north-eastern province of Italy, and the world-famous Modena. Italian traditions are handled with care, exceptional local produce with respect, and the wine list filled with some truly excellent Australian and European drops.
