We know we learn more when we are actively involved; so MasterClass grows this year with the introduction of three-hour hands-on sessions, just off-campus at the elegant Miele Gallery.
Classes are limited to 12 for maximum involvement. Come and celebrate the natural, tactile, sensual and satisfying joy of producing good food by hand. Classes include the lesson and a shared table dining session with your selected chef.
