You've heard of one-of-a-kind cooking adventures before, but you've never seen anything quite like this. The motto of Science Gallery at the University of Melbourne is "exploring the collision of art and science". For this festival, as part of the gallery's Not Natural exhibition, food comes into the picture, a meeting of art and science both.

Get set for an eye-opening show hosted by bioartist Oron Catts, bringing together two teams of artists, scientists and chefs to face-off in a kitchen, confronting a secret ingredient, future food cults, and the very strong stomachs of the audience.
