Australia’s biggest and best festival of food and drink is back from 15 – 24 March – and you’re invited.

Beer by a Winemaker

Presented by Square

21 March

The crew at Collingwood brewpub Molly Rose, along with some of their brewing and winemaking mates, present three modern Australian courses matched with wines and beer-wine hybrids under the string lights of the Molly Rose beer garden.

(Includes GST, fees may apply)

Molly Rose Brewing

279-285 Wellington St
Collingwood, 3066

Join Nic Sandery, Molly Rose founder and brewer, for three courses, each matched with both a wine and a beer-wine hybrid. Take, for example, the Zibeerbo from Brash Higgins in McLaren Vale, a golden barrel-matured ale aged with muscat skins. Or Molly Rose's Moscato Giallo Farmhouse Ale, made from a combo of leftover skins and a fruity ale. The common factor is the passion and curiosity with which they're made – Nic will talk you through them.
