La Sirène Brewing is Australia's premier producer of wild and farmhouse ales. This Festival, they've teamed up with Michael Ryan, owner-chef at Provenance in Beechworth and creator of Beechworth Bitters: Australian amaro par excellence. Join them in the moody and rustic surrounds of Bar La Sirène as they share their love for all things wild, bitter and natural, meandering through a selection of La Sirène wild ales and Beechworth Bitters amaro, accompanied by an array of Southern European-inspired shared dishes from the kitchen.
