Botanical Hotel has long been known as a Melbourne institution and is renowned for fun times, great food and an extensive wine list in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Chef Paul Wilson returns, 20 years after he first stepped into the kitchen, to cook alongside current chef Sam Hopkinson for a night not to be missed.

Sam and Paul will craft incredible dishes from inspiring produce to showcase their cooking style and signature dishes from Botanical Hotel, past and present. The menu will consist of eight signature dishes, complemented with matching wines.
