Odd Culture brings you Fizz, a festival celebrating all things wild and fermented. Chef Tom Sarafian will be working the grills to deliver his unique take on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, while stalls offer tastings and conversation with leaders in wild and farmhouse brewing, natural wine, and local sake. Odd Culture has partnered with Four Pillars to bring you a special fermented Dirty Martini on arrival, plus unique gin drinks in collaboration with Four Pillars’ Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick Tesar.
