Join three friends for a seven-course dinner 10 years in the making. Chefs George Tomlin, Peter Cooksley and Charley Snadden-Wilson met while working at Carlton's late, great Town Mouse and Andrew McConnell's Supernormal. They've since gone on to do their own things, but now they're reuniting to collaborate on a special seasonally focused menu at Clover for two nights only.

Between them these three chefs have cooked in Hobart, Switzerland and even the New Zealand army, but for this special event at Clover their joint focus is laser-like. Through seven courses, expect a highly seasonal theme, food cooked over fire, funky ferments and old-world techniques.

Drinks will be available to purchase from Clover's thoughtful and extensive list of local and European drops.
