One of Carlton North's most inviting wine bars, Henry Sugar, is set to undergo an artistic transformation for one special Sunday afternoon this Festival.

There'll be an oyster bar, and there'll be prawns on the barbie. There'll be charred corn and green sauce, and there'll be savoury doughnuts. We'll drink refreshing wild ferments from Garage Project and Konpira Maru with one hand, we'll wrap fine house-made sausages – kangaroo and bush tomato, lamb and harissa, and beetroot morcilla – in bread with the other, and we'll savour art from four Melbourne artists - Sceneose, Libby Haines, Esther Olsen and Ella Mittas - all the while; one March afternoon and 25 clams very well spent.

It's a casual affair, and while festivities kick off from 1.30pm, it's not a hard start and you're welcome to drop in at your leisure.
