(Includes GST, fees may apply)

Located at W Melbourne, 408 Flinders Lane
Melbourne, 3000

An exploration of more than 100 years of the intersection of Japanese technique and Peruvian cuisine, a style known as Nikkei, this is a collaboration between not only two chefs, but two friends: executive chef Hajime Horiguchi of Warabi, and Alejandro Saravia of Farmer's Daughters and soon-to-open Latin American restaurant, Morena.

In Warabi's contemporary omakase setting, Horiguchi and Saravia will collaborate on a 10-course menu that speaks to the historical connections between Japan and Peru, extending through to matched drinks and cocktails.

This event runs on March 19 and 20. Tickets are $300 and include 10 courses, with drinks available to purchase on consumption. To make your booking, click the link below.
