Let there be lechon! Suckling pig enthusiasts Thi Le (Jeow, Ca Com) and Trisha Greentree (10 William St and Fratelli Paradiso, Sydney) meet this festival in an event at Thi's place that fuses the communal joys of the Philippines' boodle fight and the Lao pha kao tradition in a Filipino-meets-Laotian feast that celebrates the best of both cultures' dining traditions.

Bring friends, bring your appetite and let yourself go. There'll be lechon, of course, and garlic rice, and jeows and tum mak hoong - a grand display laid out on banana leaves - grilled meats and seafood, vibrants salad and vegetables, all bursting with herbs, spices and flavour. You can eat with your hands, and engage all your senses an experience unlike anything else this March.

This event runs on March 17. Tickets are $165 and include a shared feast, with drinks charged on consumption. To make your booking, click the link below.
