953 High St
Armadale, 3143

In an evening of craftsmanship, fine meat and fine wine, Anthony and Victor Puharich, the father and son behind 145-year-old Victor Churchill, will showcase butchery prowess honed over decades in the industry, alongside head chef Vincenzo Ursini, with celebrated Penfolds vintages to match. Featuring standout Victorian producers, including O’Connor and Stone Axe Wagyu, the five-course menu will spotlight varying techniques of meat ageing, preparation and cooking. Each course will be expertly matched with a show-stopping Penfolds wine. Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago will lead guests through this tasting experience, and as Penfolds celebrates its 180th anniversary, expect the very best to be uncorked.
