Lovers of bees and honey, hear the call! This is a rare opportunity to have an expert guide you through the flavours and origins of a carefully handpicked selection of unique Australian honey varietals.

Celebrated Australian honey sommelier Jessica Locarnini has collaborated closely with The Vic's chef and owner Ashley Davis to create a four-course menu that complements and elevates the distinct flavours of each honey. Matched wines and other beverages will be served to complete the experience. This unique evening is a must for beekeepers, honey connoisseurs and anyone who gets a buzz out of one of nature's most extraordinary products.
