With Anther Distillery's Dr Derv McGowan, Curious Cabinet's founder Pia Cook and a Gardens plant specialist as your guides, you'll explore unique botanical collaborations while enjoying the fruits of their labour: Anther’s Florescence Gin and Curious Cabinet’s non-alcoholic syrups and elixirs. Along the way, you'll learn how ingredients such as the native lemon myrtle and the bay laurel found their way into these inspired drinks.
