Celebrated South Indian chef Mischa Tropp invites you to explore the hyper-regional cuisine of Coorg this Festival, as he teams up with cook and researcher Anjali Ganapathy for an exploration of Kodavan cuisine. Ganapathy works to document and share the food of the Kodavas, a warrior clan from the eastern slopes of the Western Ghats of Karnataka in India. You're invited to find out just how that tastes when the pair come together at Toddy Shop, Fitzroy's brand-new South Indian refreshment bar specialising in home-style Keralan food.
