An unashamedly decadent soiree, this rooftop party will pop the cork on free-flowing cava, shuck rock oysters all afternoon and pile up pearls of Yarra Valley caviar alongside some of the world’s finest sturgeon caviar. Sip, slurp, savour and celebrate.

Hosted by Bomba on its weather-proof rooftop bar, Pop, Rock and Pearls is a luxury canapé-style event celebrating cava, oysters and caviar. Expect free-flowing Spanish bubbles, including some limited back-vintages, exceptional oysters and fine local and imported caviar. Todd Moses of Yarra Valley caviar and Shane Buckley of Wapengo oysters – legends of their fields – will be on hand, and there’ll be chilled vodka to go with caviar, and a few other special treats. Food is generous, but limited – don’t call it lunch or dinner, just a delicious, decadent time.
