Come and join Sicilian chef Alfredo La Spina at Bar Idda for an interactive Sicilian sausage-making class that dives deeply into the culture and heritage of his youth spent on the island.

The day will start with coffee and cannoli, before moving to a hands-on lesson in making and curing Sicilian sausages. Guests will then learn to cook their sausages before enjoying them as part of a three-course lunch matched with Sicilian-style wines.
