Are you ready to take a deep dive into one the delicious waters of culinary nostalgia? Call it surf 'n' turf, reef 'n' beef, ship-to-shore, call it what you will – at Lilac this festival it translates as a not-too-serious evening of good food and good times with the mirror ball spinning and a DJ on the decks.

For this adventure Lilac chef Kyle Nicol teams up with his pal Tim Goegan, the former Gimlet and Supernormal chef now delighting the people of the Northern Rivers of NSW with his work at The Mosey On Inn group to present their own take on the genre over four shared courses with the option of matched booze from Lilac's excellent bar and cellar.
