One of the most talked-about emerging talents on the Sydney food scene, Ahana Dutt, chef of Potts Point's Raja restaurant, joins Sunda's new head chef Nabil Ansari to explore the tribal cuisines of India. This eight-course contemporary set menu takes diners all around India, spotlighting lesser-known cooking methods, and tying it together with cooking over coals, a skill that Ahana mastered in her years cooking at Firedoor.
