As part of its mission to honour and explore Chinese culinary history, RuYi puts the spotlight on one of Asia's most essential ingredients. Chef Sheng Fang has designed a five-course set menu to showcase the flavour and power of soy sauce in various dishes, in ways you've probably never tried before.

Over the course of dinner you’ll enjoy the likes of hand-made tofu topped with caramelised soy, a kingfish ceviche drizzled with citrus-infused soy, and wontons accompanied by a garlic soy sauce, plus many more variations on this umami-rich wonder food. Better still, there's a carefully crafted wine-pairing option on offer to really see soy in a whole new way.
