Tasia and Gracia Seger of modern Indonesian restaurant Makan, invite you to their collaboration with chef Stolley this festival. Since their triumph on My Kitchen Rules, Tasia and Gracia have continued to showcase Indonesian flavours with a modern Australian approach. Stolley has worked in many notable venues and popups such as PolēPolē, Mrs Singh and Ish, blending traditional techniques with progressive style, showcasing punchy flavours and symphony of spices.

These three chefs getting together in the kitchen makes for a unique meeting of palates informed by flavours and cultures from around the world and united by a shared passion for the food of Indonesia. Join them as they explore the play between nostalgia and innovation, spice and flavour, subtlety and power, over six unforgettable courses.
