Share in a five-course Italian feast with friends at Tippy-Tay. Chef Telina Menzies and three guest chefs – Diana Desensi, Lorena Corso and Daniela Maiorano – will take you on a Victorian-Italian journey with local ingredients and a big ol’ nod to Italian cooking and tradition.

Think Portarlington mussels with green garlic and smoked paprika to start, and tortellini with smoked eggplant and Lakes Entrance prawn. With their shared passions for cooking for family and friends and using the best local produce, these mates promises to deliver on every level.

Each course will be served with a Victorian wine pairing.
