Amaru chef and owner Clinton McIver has invited mentor and long-time friend Cory Campbell of Grove Restaurant, Auckland, to Melbourne to hit the pans together again. Join two chefs celebrated for their shared ability to meld creativity and precision as they prepare a tasting menu created to showcase the native ingredients of both Australia and New Zealand.

Both Clinton McIver and Cory Campbell have a passion for local and indigenous ingredients, prepared in exciting and inspiring ways. They’ve designed a multi-course menu decked out with snacks and petit fours using inspiration from their own backyards of Melbourne and Auckland. Drinks, meanwhile, definitely won’t be an afterthought, with the team at Amaru putting together a beverage pairing (available in both alc and non-alc versions) celebrating the best of the two countries.

Hosted at Amaru, the Armadale restaurant that was just awarded three hats in the Good Food Guide, this very special event runs for two nights only, a celebration of land and sea that you won’t want to miss.

This event runs on March 18 and 19. Tickets are $490 and include a seven-course set menu plus snacks and petit fours, a beverage pairing and a take-home cocktail. To make your booking, click the link below.
