Join wild ale veterans La Sirène, accomplished winemaker Mac Forbes and superhero cheesemongers Supercheese, as we together navigate the delicious intersection of beer, wine and cheese. Sit among the French oak barrels of Bar La Sirène for a masterclass spanning six wild ales, six wines and six cheeses.

Each carefully selected match will be introduced by the expert team of Costa Nikias (La Sirène), Mac Forbes and Jeremy Spradbery (Supercheese). This event brings together Australia's premier producer of wild and farmhouse ales, a champion cool-climate Victorian winemaker and ground-breaking Melbourne cheesemonger for this celebration of fermentation.
