A Kadazan Feast

An indigenous Malaysian feast in Melbourne's north-west

How much do you know about Kadazan cuisine? If your answer is ‘not much!’ this is your chance to learn more about the food culture of the Kadazans, a Malaysian community indigenous to the state of Sabah, in northern Borneo.

You’ll be greeted with a cocktail or mocktail as you graze on a meat and seafood platter. That’s followed by locally sourced grilled meats including fine wagyu steak and vegetables. Finish your night with traditional Kadazan desserts, including grilled banana and sago pudding.
