Join Martin Benn, Vicki Wild and Chris Lucas for a night of conversation to hear the behind-the-scenes story of the creation of this landmark restaurant. Guests will enjoy four courses from Martin’s hotly anticipated menu, all expertly matched with an outstanding selection of current and museum-release fine Victorian wines, all set in the magnificent private dining room – the first public event to be held in this space.
