Brigitte Hafner opened Tedesca Osteria in January 2020, bringing a unique dining experience to Victoria just two months before being hit by lockdown. Set on bucolic Red Hill farmland, the restaurant has an ever-changing menu revolving around produce grown on the property and from select producers nearby, and despite the challenges of 2020, has managed to win not just a loyal following but also three design awards along the way.
For one night only, Brigitte comes to Carlton's Agostino Cellar to share a four-course menu based on what’s best in her garden and orchards. Pull up a chair in the historic bluestone cellar, enjoy a welcome drink and settle in for a shared feast as Brigitte and her architect partner Patrick Ness share their vision of hope, hospitality and the ideas behind their fire-driven Red Hill farm restaurant.
