From Zurich via London, young chef George Tomlin is returning to Melbourne for a special collaboration with his pal Charley Snadden-Wilson.
It's been a while since these two cooked side-by-side at The Town Mouse. Tomlin has been rattling pans at London establishments The Clove Club and P. Franco, while Snadden-Wilson has worked in some of Melbourne's best wine bars before taking the reins at Etta in 2019.
With the recent addition of a fire designed by Snadden-Wilson himself in the kitchen at Etta, punters can expect a menu of flame-licked, smoky and char-grilled dishes from two sharp young chefs, reunited for one night only.
