Take a tour of all three levels of State of Grace as you journey through recent food history and the people who made it, from Pierre Koffmann to Peter Gilmore. State of Grace’s chef is designing a menu to honour some of the culinary giants that have shaped his own cooking, either directly in the kitchen or from afar with their inspiring approach or ideas.
Starting with a sunset cocktail and snack on the rooftop, guests will then move to the restaurant for two courses and matched wines before retiring to the secret cellar bar for a night cap and decadent dessert. Along the way, spot the homages to Liam Tomlin, Tom Aikens, Koffmann, Gilmore and more.
Going beyond simply re-creating their signature dishes or modern interpretations, this will be a tribute with a difference.
