Après cheese? Yes please! Dress for the ski slopes and join us for an après-cheese dining experience. Port Melbourne’s 14 Days of Cheese chef Drew Traynor will transport you to the Alps with her take on some classic Alpine dishes.

Think fondue and raclette using cheese from France, Switzerland and Austria as well as some Victorian alpine-style cheeses. In true après style, schnapps cocktails and mulled wine will accompany the cheesy feast.
