Learn about native Australian ingredients and how to cook them at this special cooking class held for a small group around a convivial kitchen table. Ha Nguyen began his career in Hanoi and became fascinated with Australian produce when he started cooking on the Great Ocean Road.

He shares his impressions of traditional ingredients such as mountain pepper, Davidson plum, wattleseed and Kakadu plum, handed down from generation to generation over thousands of years through songs and stories.

As Ha completes the dishes, you'll taste his creations with accompanying drinks. The class suits all age groups, skill levels and tastes.
