Slip down Crossley Street and be transported to the laneways and alleys of San Sebastian’s Old Town as Crossley St Cantina channels the energy from one of the world’s great eating cities to another, bringing some Basque magic to the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

The proposition is thoroughly festive: each session is two hours of drinks and six dishes inspired by the flavours and attitude of San Sebastian. Freshen your palate with Spanish-style Gin Tonicas, Tinto de Verano (the Sangria you’ve been waiting for), Agua de Valencia, red and white wine, cava and of course plenty of frosty Estrellas.

- Marmelada de chorizo: smoky chorizo jam and grilled sourdough
- Albondiga: veal meatball, pimenton sofrito, capsicum
- Calamares: crisp calamari, squid ink aioli, chives
- Pollo al ajillo: grilled Iberian garlic chicken, sweet potato, mojo verde
