Windsor favourite Firebird is turning the lights off this winter and stoking up the fire for a wild night, with great music and even better food.
It's power out and flame on, and you can expect fire-licked cooking with Vietnamese-French flair under candlelight. Think wood-fired tomato tarts topped with salmon roe, and a wealth of grilled oysters to begin the evening, complemented by a curated selection of wine by some of our best local producers. The sprawling warehouse will be transformed under candlelight and set to a soundtrack of live jams, putting the fire in Firebird.
