A shining light of the thriving Byron Bay restaurant scene, chef Francisco Smoje from Barrio will be bringing the smoke and char of authentic Argentinian barbecue to ST ALI for one night only.
In conjunction with Traeger Grills and ST ALI head chef Daniel Dobra, expect Barrio’s signature wood-fired and charcoal-grilled whole meat and vegetables.
