Savour the art of great service and hospitality with an afternoon that opens with a Blood Orange Kombucha Martini made with 3608 Nagambie Gin, then moves into the house-baked bread and butter, duck rillettes, house pickles and wagyu bresaola, priming you for a nice big steak. Teamed with potatoes cooked in beef fat, and wild greens and cabbage with a red wine vinaigrette, the main event is paired with 2018 Reed Wines ‘Knife’s Edge’ Shiraz for a perfect match.
