Join award-winning author of 'In Praise of Veg' Alice Zaslavsky as she brings together some of her favourite faces from Victoria's food landscape with a veg-forward, produce-driven menu designed and hosted in collaboration with South Melbourne stalwart, St Ali.
In collaboration with St Ali chef Greg McFarland, Alice will dish up a menu of four courses as share plates and introduce the state's excellent producers in a casual panel-style chat.
