Jackalope and Vue de monde’s kitchens and wine cellars will collide as they present an eight-course degustation dinner in the hotel’s hatted restaurant, Doot Doot Doot. Showcasing the talents of Executive Chefs Justin James and Guy Stanaway, from Vue and Doot respectively, this epicurean experience is not to be missed.
Further elevating Jackalope’s luxury accommodation, guests will be treated to exclusive amenities, a curated mini bar and breakfast. All menus designed by Vue de monde.
