It’s a little-known fact that staff lunches are a big deal at Jamsheed Wines. It's a tradition owner Gary Mills returned home with after his stint at California's Ridge Vineyards. It’s a moment the team uses come together as a work family, and more importantly, it’s a time to share their favourite wines with each other, straight from the cellar.
"During the 2016 harvest, we looked at what the local Yarra Valley food establishments had to offer for staff lunch. This is where #bogansomm was born. Now it’s time we brought Bogan Somm to you."
A collaboration with Jamsheed Wines, its restaurant, Josie by Josh Nicholson Catering, one of Jamsheed's favourite wine importers, Andrew Guard, and Zac Nicholson of Alphington’s City Larder, this is a feast of tasty (and a little daggy) classic Australian snacks, paired with Jamsheed’s favourite wines.
