Taste the unrivalled flavour of Victoria’s very own Sher Wagyu over seven courses of kushiyaki. Steak specialists Steer Dining Room will select a different cut for each course, grilling them over Binchotan charcoal on the hibachi grill for that true taste of Japan.
From tenderloin to rump cap, intercostal to sirloin, Steer chef Jeffry Lim will introduce each course, explaining each cut and how certain textures or flavours are highlighted by the accompanying ingredients. The Sher family will also be at the event to give you an insight into how they achieve their world-class premium wagyu.
Each course will be matched with fine wines from Victoria and Australia; a non-alcoholic drinks pairing is also available.
