Guillaume and Caroline will be joined by Melbourne Food & Wine Festival and Food + Wine Victoria CEO, Anthea Loucas Bosha, who will all co-host this special evening together.

Guillaume will present classic dishes from his award winning restaurant Bennelong, paired with exclusive Ruinart Champagne including Dom Ruinart 2007 and Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004.
