Mono-XO's Sam Stafford and The Moon's Charley Snadden-Wilson are cooking up a snack-heavy menu to pair with a night of natural wine and good times.
Sam and Charley will go dish for dish, starting with two smaller bite-size snacks, then three medium plates and two larger plates, followed by a small dessert.
The food will be centred around vegetables and seafood with one meat dish in the mix, driven by what produce is best at that time. Level up your night with a large list of rare and one-off wines available by the glass.
