The evening begins with pre-dinner drinks and canapés on the hotel balcony of Lancemore Mansion Hotel. Move into the historic mansion for an entrée by Bursaria and main course by the hotel's restaurant, paired with Shadowfax wines, before retiring to Refectory by Bursaria for a dessert bar.
