Janet De Neefe of Bali’s famed Casa Luna restaurant is taking over Anchovy for one day, bringing the cuisine of Sumatra, Bali and Maluku to life. With 17,000 islands, Indonesia’s repertoire of seafood dishes is significant.
Janet will present a handful of her favourites in this west-to-east tour of the archipelago that’s heady with spice and bursting with full-throttle flavour.

Wok-fried water spinach with shrimp and crisp shallots
Bean urab with melinjo crackers
Sardines braised in turmeric and green tomato
Ocean trout steamed in banana leaves
Black rice and tangerine tart
