Through stories, food and a series of extraordinary wines, guests will travel through the precipitous river gorges of Galicia, across to the ancient vineyards of Rioja and onto the sunny vineyards of historic Andalucía.

Taking inspiration from Spain’s modern food and wine movement, MoVida Aqui will bring you on a journey through Spain in one exceptional evening.

- Viera: Bass Strait scallops roasted on the shell with jamon consommé and chicken skin
- Mejillones en escabeche: jumbo Spring Bay mussels in escabeche with salted cod roe purée

- Lacon Gallego: Galician-style smoked ham served warm with Midnight Pearl potatoes
- Cordoniz relleno: pot-roasted Gippsland quail, boned and stuffed with chicken and jamon
- Gall amb vi del Priorat: cockerel braised in red wine

- Queso: Spanish cheese to finish
