Demonstrated by our very own master roast chef, our ducks will be carved to order for each table as you make your way through a delicious banquet-style menu, with the option to add a pinot noir pairing, in an intimate dining setting.
Proudly sourced from Pepe’s Duck Farm in Eastern Creek, NSW, our Peking duck recipe dates back 600 years ago and is traditionally prepared over three days.
