Step back in time and discover St Kilda's secret history.
Take a journey into St Kilda's past with a night at the suburb's beating heart, the 140-year-old Hotel Esplanade, otherwise known as The Espy. Reopening in 2018, the pub has fully embraced its rich history, with never-before-seen areas now open for public enjoyment.
This event will bring the stories of The Espy to life, from the eccentric Alfred Felton who both lived and died at The Espy to the rumours of mysterious hauntings within its four walls.
Interactive storytelling will be combined with a six-dish meal featuring alternative proteins, foraged wild weeds and freshly caught seafood, with wild-fermented Victorian wines and cocktails and some delightful surprises along the way.
Explore multiple rooms of The Espy and delve deep into a fascinating chapter of Melbourne's history.
Lifts are located to the left-hand side of the venue, via the Public Bar.
